Summer 2022 and wedding season is truly here!
After a long 3 years it is nice that COVID restictions are now in the rear view mirror. It is lovely for Dan to be able to perform properly again at Wedding Ceremonies without the worry of small numbers or mask wearing. Dan is delighted to be performing at lots of weddings that have been postponed a few times during the pandemic. Dan, like all other artists and musicians has been affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic which has taken the world by storm. All of Dan’s solo work has been put on hold. Weddings have been postponed by couples to dates at the end of 2020 and 2021. Funeral masses are restricted to immediate family only and music still forms a big part of a Funeral Ceremony. Dan was delighted once again to perform at a recital entitled ‘Give Us a Song’ for Cancer Research. This recital has become an annual one in Carrigaline to mark World Cancer Day. Funds raised from the recital go towards The Caroline Foundation who help fundraise for Cancer Research. This expo took place at the state of the art Pairc Uí Chaoimh in Cork City on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th January 2020 from 12-5pm.
