Dan showcased on Sat 10th and Sun 11th Jan 2015 at the Southern Brides Munster Wedding Show at Silver Springs Moran Hotel, Cork from 12 noon – 6pm. It was a very busy Wedding Fair, particularly on Sunday 11th January with lots of couples coming up to the stand to meet Dan. Dan was delighted once again to be asked to perform for the third year in a row at a wonderful Christmas Carol Concert with Kinsale Folk Group who are based at St. John the Baptist Church in Kinsale. Also featuring in this concert was the wonderful Soprano, Julie O’ Sullivan. This concert took place on Friday 19th December 2014 at 7.30pm. Dan was delighted to be asked to perform at a Christmas Concert at the historic St. James Church in Mallow which has become an Annual Christmas Concert at this stage. He performed to a packed church there along with the wonderful soprano, Linda Kenny on the night. Also featuring on the night were the local choir ‘Cor Mhagh Ealla’ and pupils from ‘Davis College’ in Mallow. Dan has performed for many years now at the enchanting Fota House in East Cork and Christmas 2014 was no different! Dan performed solo and as part of ‘The Carrigaline Choral Group’ at what is a very atmospheric concert series at Fota House every Christmas. The concert took place in ‘The Long Gallery’ which is beautifully decorated every year for the event. Other acts on the night included ‘Tracton Harp Ensemble’ and Louise Sheehan (Flautist). Dan performed as part of the renowned choral ensemble ‘Voci Nuove’ at two concerts at the end of November 2014. The concert series was entitled ‘Let There Be Peace’ and consisted of two dates. The first concert took place on Friday 28th November 2014 at 8pm at The Unitarian Church on St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin.
